Review » New MacBook Air to Be Available Next Week with Thunderbolt
While the references of the new MacBook Air is already known, the new version of Apple’s ultraportable should not happen before the end of next week. According AllThingsD, renewal of MacBook Air would be Thursday or Friday. These new machines will obviously be equipped with Mac OS X Lion which will be announced by Apple before the end of next week as well.

In terms of features, Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst for the firm Concord Securities, said that all the MacBook Air will now have 4GB of RAM and an SSD of at least 128GB SSD. The entry-level model then bartered his 64 GB SSD and 2 GB of RAM against an SSD of 128 GB and 4 GB of RAM. In terms of processors, the range model will inherit Intel Sandy Bridge which is much faster than the current Core 2 Duo. Finally, the interface will appear Thunderbolt.

Remains to be seen, with all these innovations, the price tag will be kept below 1000 euros.
