Review » New Features of iOS 5 Beta 3
Last night, Apple released the third beta version of iOS 5.0. For developers, this update finally brings some stability while the entire system is faster. As for news, Apple has focused on accessibility with a function that improves AssistiveTouch use for people with motor problems. A white dot appears on the bottom right and simulates the actions of the physical buttons on the touch screen as the home button, increase or decrease the volume, shake the device, etc.. This feature also allows you to configure custom actions to two, three, four and even five fingers.

As for more subtle changes, iOS 5.0 now allows to block voice calls abroad over the exchange of data to keep only the SMS. The settings of the location are also more accurate with the ability to disable this feature for ads iAd for setting the time abroad or a function traffic which will probably be in the future to provide of real-time information on traffic.

Here are the new features of iOS 5 Beta 3:
  • Icon Reminders
  • New software management tasks
  • Change the sound to send a Twitter message
  • Wi-Fi syncing or more explicitly the emergence of advanced menu in Safari settings for data access sites

To recap, the final version of IOS 5.0 will not be available until this fall.
